Neither the Website nor the Service is intended for minors under the age of 18 or the lawful age of employment (whichever is greater) in any country in which we operate.
If your application for employment is unsuccessful, Beyond Now may nevertheless continue to retain and use key contact personal data collected during the recruitment process for 24 months in order to consider you for new positions, and, if appropriate, to refer back to an earlier application if you submit your CV or other information to Beyond Now again in the future. After this period, we will send you an explicit consent form in order to be able to keep your information in our database. If you don’t accept to remain in our database your data will be deleted.
If you are given and accept an offer of employment by Beyond Now, personal data collected during your pre-employment period will become part of your Beyond Now personnel records, to be retained throughout and for a period after your employment with Beyond Now.
